WHEN GOD IS STILL WORKING
WHEN GOD IS STILL WORKING
Bible Texts: Romans 8:28, Isaiah 60:22, Philippians 1:6 (references)
Introduction
Beloved, one of the greatest challenges of faith is trusting God when we cannot see what He is doing. Many people believe God works only when things are going well—but the truth is, God is often doing His deepest work in seasons that feel silent, slow, or painful.
Today, I want to remind someone reading this: God is not finished with you yet.
1. God Works Even When You Don’t See It
The Bible reminds us that all things work together for good for those who love God. Not some things. All things—the delays, the disappointments, the closed doors, and even the tears.
What you call delay, God may be calling preparation.
What you call loss, God may be calling redirection.
Just because it hasn’t happened yet does not mean it will never happen. God is still working behind the scenes.
2. God’s Timing Is Always Perfect
Scripture tells us that when the time is right, God will make it happen. God is never late, and He is never early. He operates on divine timing, not human pressure.
Sometimes God slows us down to protect us.
Sometimes He waits so our testimony will be greater.
Sometimes He allows the process so our character can match the blessing.
If you’re in a waiting season, don’t lose heart—waiting does not mean wasting.
3. Your Current Situation Is Not Your Final Destination
Many people define themselves by what they are going through. But God defines you by what He is taking you to.
You may feel weak, but God is building strength.
You may feel confused, but God is ordering your steps.
You may feel broken, but God is shaping a testimony.
The same God who started the good work in you has promised to complete it.
4. Choose Faith Over Fear
Faith is not denying reality—it is declaring that God is greater than your reality.
When fear says “It’s over,” faith says “God is still in control.”
When fear says “You’ve failed,” faith says “God is not done.”
When fear says “Give up,” faith says “Trust God again.”
Your breakthrough may be closer than you think.
Conclusion
Beloved, lift your heart today.
Lift your faith today.
Lift your eyes from the problem and fix them on God.
No matter where you are, no matter what you are facing, remember this truth:
God is still working.
God is still faithful.
And your best days are still ahead—if you keep trusting Him.
